At Fridge Critters, we are committed to delivering your custom photo magnets quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damages & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll work to make it right.

Shipping Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
