At Fridge Critters, each custom photo magnet is made just for you. Because our products are personalized, we are unable to accept general returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

• All magnets are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 squirrel@fridgecritters.com.

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchanges

• Because items are personalized, we do not offer exchanges.
